The stylishly furnished studio apartment "Strandgut" extends over approx. 45 square meters on the first floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben and can accommodate up to 3 people. It includes a spacious and light-flooded living/dining area with an integrated kitchen, an adjacent bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a modern shower room with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

A high-quality sofa bed is available in the living room for additional guests. The balcony, equipped with high-quality garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the Flensburg Fjord and the surrounding coast.

Dogs are welcome upon prior request and for an additional fee. The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space.

Entspannte Tage zwischen Stadt und Land

Wer Flensburg entdecken aber ebenso in ruhigere Lage Strand und Natur genießen will ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand und zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur ein Katzensprung. Auch für Radtouren liegt die Wohnung optimal. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, die Doppelgaragen sind für 2 Fahrzeuge meist zu schmal, es gab jedoch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Haus. Insgesamt schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.
