The home features a primary suite with king bed and tiled primary bath/shower. The first level also includes a half bath with convenient washer and dryer. The 2 bedrooms upstairs include a room with a queen mattress with the 2nd bedroom featuring a queen bed, a twin bed and a bunk with 2 full size mattresses plus its own closet. The upstairs also includes a full bathroom with shower. The home incorporates a cozy living room with a sectional that doubles as a queen mattress and 75" TV. Modernized kitchen and 6-8 person dining room table round out the interior of the home. The garage space has been updated and finished as a rec room with a 65" TV, foosball table, ping pong table, pool table and a sectional couch. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the new deck on the back of the house or take in views of the wildlife that live and thrive off the mighty Mullet River that runs thru the property. The back yard patio features a 6 person hot tub where you can enjoy peaceful evenings watching nature come alive around you or take in a beautiful sunrise! Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring attractions nearby, this brilliant farmhouse offers a comfortable and inviting space to unwind. This property is equipped for both long or short stays to make your time away from home one to remember.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At check out please place used bedding and towels in the half bath by washer.
Please collect all garbage from all bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen and place into large black garbage bags under kitchen sink. Place tied bags in containers adjacent to out building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Camp fires only in designated fire pit area.
No smoking or pets
Visitors can use mowed trails to explore property. Please do not trespass on neighbor's property to the north, south and east.

The house was recently renovated and very well done! Everything was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful. He even reached out to give us the code to the basement if we needed it during a thunderstorm. There was also a ton of wildlife that could be seen in the fields of the property from the deck or hot tub. We will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone interested in events in the area. Our kids loved it and wished it was our new home.

We will definitely stay here again. The house is so nice. The property is GORGEOUS. The vibe is serene. There are also a lot of activities to keep the fam entertained (pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games). The dishes, utensils and cutlery were actually nice. Most rentals have crappy quality kitchen stuff. The house is well insulated. You couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The host is also an excellent communicator.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for group trips. The host was very kind and responded quickly. To top it off the view around the entire property was amazing! So peaceful but also modern. I will definitely be visiting again.
