A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately VRBO does not have this option, but we only do Checkins on Saturdays during the summer season.

Great property . Extremely clean. Host was great to work with. Having chairs and other beach accessories at the property made packing very easy. Location is good- easily walkable to the beach and everything short sands has to offer .

We had the most wonderful six nights here! Not only is it easily walking distance to the beaches in downtown of lovely short Sands, but the host was super responsive. It was so so so clean and we really enjoyed how well stocked it was. We can’t thank you enough for so many wonderful memories here at the beach.

Excellent rental. Well stocked with kitchen tools, spices, foil etc. Location was superb. 7 minute walk to Short Sands and less to shops downtown. Brewery and Food Truck 3 min walk. Common living area very large to accommodate all eight of us whether dining or watching TV. 3 large bedrooms with Queen beds was very comfortable. Excellent host communications. Responded fast to any questions. Will rent again

I was a little skeptical with it being a new listing and a few reviews but this place is awesome, my wife and I went with our 3 kids 4,6,10 and it was in walking distance of short sands and all of the shops. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation. The supplied wagon/beach chairs is a huge plus because it saved us a ton of room when packing for vacation. They also supplied beach towels and a cooler if thoes are needed.

We really liked the place. It's new, spotless and comfortable. The location is great - just a few steps to Short Sands. We walked to the beach easily.Scott was very quick to respond when we had a couple questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were nervous given it was new - but it was well stocked, clean, with plenty of room for our group. The beds were very comfortable and 3 bathrooms were convenient. The location was great - just a short walk to the beaches and town. We enjoyed morning walks to Nubble Lighthouse, also. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, there is a nice deck and sitting area in the back with a fire pit. Scott was very easy to work with. We all said we would stay there again.

This was a 10 property. The location to the beach is a short, easy walk. The beach cart, chairs, towels and umbrella were fabulous. Everything is new and was super clean. I usually bring paper products etc but all of that was already there. We enjoyed the back deck with tables, umbrellas and the grill. Check-in went smoothly and Scott replied to our questions very quickly. This was another great summer vacation in York Beach with my son and his family from California. I would definitely rent this property again.

The duplex is well located, clean, and new. Had everything we needed, the Cornhole, beach towels and chairs were appreciated! I will say the only downside is that the description of three bedrooms and three bathrooms is true, but not as I expected. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom to share. No en-suite bathroom. The second full bath is on the first floor which is convenient if you are using the king-sized pullout sofa. The third full bathroom is downstairs in the basement and has a cement floor. Kind of a weird layout, but all in great working order and clean. Lots of steps, so that is a consideration if you have older guests. Overall a nice place and we really enjoyed our stay!

The townhouse was exactly as listed. Brand new, A/C worked great, and more room than our small group even needed. The walk to Short Sands and the town center was a breeze. For people that don’t like walking York has multiple companies operating Uber-like golf carts which are awesome.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Very spacious and clean while being fully stocked with everyday basic needs. The hosts were very nice and the communication was outstanding! The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
