Enjoy easy access to the sublime private beach, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Step out to your covered balcony to take in views of towering pines. Heavenly Ski Resort, Heavenly Village, and the casinos are just 5 minutes from your door.



A comfy sectional sits below vaulted ceilings in the open-concept living area. Settle in and watch a movie on the 42-inch TV. A wood-burning fireplace adds warm ambience on cool nights. The well-equipped kitchen features new granite countertops. Find everything needed to whip up favorite recipes, then gather around the six-person dining table for a family-style feast. Sip morning coffee at the spacious three-person bar.



The condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a cozy sleeping loft. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen bed. A reading chair and wall-mounted flat-screen TV make this room a peaceful retreat, and the hall bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower. On the main floor, the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a queen bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third-floor sleeping loft is furnished with both a twin and a queen bed. Added perks include a private washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We were pleasantly surprised. The property was very, clean, accommodating and host was very pleasant, helpful and responded quickly via email to all my questions. Based on property description, we did expect to be closer to beach, but it worked out. We would consider this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. While the unit does not have direct views of the lake, it is about a 30 second walk to the private beach area which is beautiful. Lovely sandy beach, dock, bbq grills, and several firepits to use. There is also a nice pool area. The unit itself could use new beds in lower bedrooms. Floors are lifting in many spots and the small landing strip at top of stairs is loose and a potential trip hazard. Drawers in kitchen could have been cleaned better. Cooking utensils provided with exception of a spatula. Only one side of toaster works. There is both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Filters were provided although I don't know if that was intentional or someone left them behind. No complimentary coffee or k cups provided. Nice touch including laundry pods. A deck of cards would go long a way. The place is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & grocery store so it's a great location and very convenient. Quiet complex. Overall I think it's reasonably priced for the area and suited our needs well.
