Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked this property largely because the listing advertised a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. After arrival, we discovered these amenities are NOT actually part of the property. They are located at a separate recreation center and require additional payment for access. This was a major factor in our booking decision and was not our understanding when reserving the property.The property also had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stained linens and pillows, hair and debris on bedding, dust, cobwebs, and generally poor upkeep. We documented these issues with photos and reported them to management.While management responded, many of the responses felt dismissive and focused on explaining the issues rather than resolving them. We were told a local team would contact us, but no one ever did.The condition of the property and the discrepancy regarding the advertised amenities were disappointing enough that our family chose to leave one day early.To make matters worse, checkout instructions were not provided until after we had already departed and only provided after we asked.The location was good, but the property did not match the expectations created by the listing. Future guests should be aware that the advertised pool, hot tub, and fitness center are not included amenities of the property itself and may require separate access and additional fees.
