Great place, well appointed
Comfortable townhouse with easy access garage, nice kitchen and living room.
What a beautiful condo in a fantastic location! I visit Park City about once a year. This is the first time I’ve stayed in Newpark. Despite being surrounded by stores and restaurants (which is great) this condo overlooks a natural preserve and a pond as well as a hiking trail so you feel like you’re surrounded by natural beauty rather than commercial buildings. That said, you can find anything you want within walking distance and that is fantastic. I had my two dogs with me. Sometimes the dog friendly VRBO’s are a little shabby around the edges but not this one. I plan to stay here again when I return.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Newpark condo and would stay there again. Beautiful view of the beaver pond and Swaner Preserve. The condo was very quiet, wifi was good, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. And having a garage was great, although it might be a bit narrow for a full size suv due to some shelves on one wall (no problems with our compact suv).
We love to come to Park City in the summer and this is our favorite spot. It is close to everything while having a beautiful view of the preserve. It is so calming and relaxing. The management was quick to help with little issues such as the door code when it stopped working. I did notice there wasn’t any kitchen towels, but besides that everything was great.

Great Property, Location and View!
We stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. The location is great. It's right off the freeway. It's in a shopping center that has a grocery store, Pet store, Best Buy and lots of great restaurants. All of which you can walk to. There are many hiking trails within a short walk or drive from the unit. The view out the back is fanstastic -- it overlooks a preserve. Having an indoor garage was very nice. And the high ceilings upstairs and downstairs made the unit feel very spacious. The hot tub was very much needed a few days! The unit allows two dogs so we were able to bring our two dogs with us.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future. It provided the perfect trip for us and our dogs.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Lovely in many ways but noisy
I will start with the positives about this place. It is spacious, nicely furnished, in a very convenient location to restaurants, a lovely stroll by a preserve, and shops. We went there to do some hiking and there was indeed nice hiking nearby. Everything would’ve been perfect except for one thing that was a big drawback for us, but perhaps it wouldn’t be for everyone. The unit is located near the Newpark Amphitheater. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there were bands playing. It was very loud. And even if you liked the music being played, it wasn’t enjoyable because in the unit, there was a lot of echo in reverberation, so the music didn’t sound right. It made it a bit unpleasant to be there during those times. On other days when there was no band playing, we could hear loud music from a nearby bar. That wasn’t as loud, but it was still a bit annoying. I mention all of this because nothing about this was said in the description and I think that people ought to know. The description said that there was a beaver pond right next to the unit, and we did see a beaver, and that was pretty cool. But that might make you think that you were in an isolated location when you are not.
