Two older couples looking to relax and sample the local July highlights. This place was perfect for that. One bedroom and bathroom upstairs and one set downstairs as well as the room and kitchen layout contributed. Location is perfect! We visit this area often and will stay here again

Great location and very clean!

The location and layout of the property was perfect. And was immaculate! So close to everything. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and cookware and was well stocked. The decor was also very well done. There is no seasonings, salt and pepper, etc so be sure to bring your own. Also the property says sleeps 5. While the couch is pretty comfortable it is not a pullout sofa - and probably fit a child comfortably. Overall a great place!

While the home has a maximum occupancy of five guests, it offers two beds—a king bed and a queen trundle bed—that comfortably accommodate four people. We understand that the couch is not a pullout sofa and may only fit a child comfortably, and we’re sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the seasonings, we highly recommend that guests bring their own preferred spices, as the home does not provide them to avoid spoilage and maintain freshness for all guests. If you want a location close to the beach and within walking distance to everything in downtown Long Beach this is a perfect location. Clean easy access and as described. Stairs to the main living area may be difficult for some but overall 5/5 for us. Thank you!
