Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und Kinderfreundlich. Sogar mit Spielesammlung und Holzeisenbahn nebenan ein kleiner park mit Sandkasten,Schaukel und Klezttergerüst. Es war sehr schön und wir würden wieder kommen.

Alles, was man braucht

Eine absolut saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ein Traum! Alle Verbrauchsmaterialien in ausreichender Menge vorhanden (Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Seife, Salz, Pfeffer, Folie, Backpapier etc). Das Bad ist etwas älter. Geduscht wird in der Badewanne mit Vorhang. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Unsere Kinder durften deren Beeren im Garten pflücken. Zwei Eisdielen und ein Spielplatz fußläufig zu erreichen. Park and Ride und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in weniger als 1500m erreichbar.

Unser zweiter Besuch. Genau wie beim ersten Besuch war alles ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz vor der Vermietung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der vermieter stellte Saft, Kaffee und Milch zur Verfügung. Der Augsburg Park and Ride ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt. Unser zweiter Besuch wird nicht unser letzter sein. Empfehlen!!!!.

Konferenzbesuch

Wir waren 4 Tage zur Mehrkonferenz in Augsburg und deshalb tagsüber wenig in der Wohnung. Aber alles was wir erlebt haben, war super. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt super praktisch an einer Bushaltestelle und zu Fuß kann man die S-Bahn erreichen. Aber vor allem: sie war mega sauber!!!!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wohnung: Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat in keinem Zimmer an irgendeiner Ausstattung gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil - es wurde an jede noch so kleine Eventualität gedacht. Seien es Spiele im Wohnzimmer oder Hygieneartikel im Bad. Sehr umsichtig. Ja, das Bad ist optisch nicht das allerneueste, aber dort haben wir uns ja auch nicht länger als notwendig aufgehalten. Es hat aber alles tiptop funktioniert. Der Rest der Wohnung - besonders die Küche - ist modern und sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der WLAN-Emppfang war in allen Zimmern der Wohnung tadellos. Umgebung: Die Nähe zum OPNV ist nicht übertrieben und die Erreichbarkeit war super. Das haben wir gern genutzt. Einen Parkplatz haben wir zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit in der Nähe der Wohnung finden können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in der Nähe, ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Naturfreibad um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vermieter: Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom der Vermieterfamilie empfangen und bei jedem Aufeinandertreffen freundlich begrüßt. Die zusätzlichen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten wurden uns nett und nicht aufdringlich unterbreitet. Unsere Kinder haben schnell alle Scheu abgelegt und familiär die Erlebnisse des Tages erzählt. Wir können sowohl die Vermieter als auch die Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gern wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist etwas veraltet aber super in Schuss gehalten. Für unsere Kinder 2 und 4 Jahre waren Spielsachen da und auch ob ein Babybett benötigt wird wurde von den Vermieter vor dem Urlaub erfragt und bei Ankunft bereit gestellt. Vermieter sind sehr nett und bereit für Sonderwünsche zu sorgen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Das Bad hat den Charme der 70er Jahre. Leider kaum Wlan-Verbindung in der Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir kommen gerne wieder !
