The Space:

This is a newly built home with beach access right across the highway and amazing ocean views from a large and comfortable deck!



Inside, the home enjoys an open concept that includes the living and kitchen areas, so you can keep up on conversation, no matter what room you're in. Spend your days on the beach then come back to unwind in the living room, where an electric fireplace sets the mood and a 65-inch TV sits above it, ready for a good movie or show. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, the primary room with a king-size bed, and the guest room with a queen.



You'll love using the stainless steel appliances and counter space of the full kitchen to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for three or outside on the deck as an alfresco meal. Use the private gas grill to host a fun summer barbecue with friends. The free WiFi will make it easy to keep your devices connected and with the private washer and dryer, you can even pack light for your trip!



Nearby you'll find the Coastal Market, where you can shop for gourmet ingredients and coffee to enjoy out on the deck. There are lots of fun things to explore at places like Gold Beach Books & Art Gallery, Humbug Mountain State Park, Battle Rock Wayside Park, and Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, all less than an hour away.

The house was great!! I was a bit surprised that there was no yard but the beach access was just across the road!

The accommodation was great. The bed was comfortable the en-suite bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. The balcony was lovely! We will definitely stay there again.

This home met our needs. The location was close to Gold Beach attractions. It has a great view , but during traffic hours the patio overlooking the ocean can be noisy, the beds were comfortable. The Avari management cleaning crew needs improvement, the towels were hung up damp to almost wet. Had to throw them in the dryer the first night. Colored pencils and playing cards under the rollable coffee table that converts to a dining table. Not a big deal but details missed. The “amenities box” that comes prepackaged needs rethought by Avari management; it was missing dishwasher soap. Fortunately there was an extra box with dishwasher soap available inside. The kitchen was done well; plenty of utensils and appliances. It does need a salt and pepper shaker. We didn’t bring our dog, but they had a pet station with bowls, dog treats, leashed and dog beds in the closet, great idea! A few suggestions… The ocean air is disintegrating the bbq, that needs a few replacement parts. Shower door has a missing part that keeps the door from”swinging “ and one of the barn doors in second bedroom has no “stop” so it takes out a switch on the wall. I can imagine that getting maintenance people with decent skills and experience that pay attention to details could be a nightmare.
