This is a wonderful property in a beautiful location right on the golf course. That said, the owners should consider reinvesting in several areas:-Gas barbecue grill is very old, completely rusted out, and needs to be replaced.-Coffee maker is outdated and does not work particularly well.-Toaster does not function properly, and the sliding mechanism frequently gets stuck.-The property does not have a complete set of cutlery, with several pieces missing.-Deck is worn and would benefit from being refurbished or replaced several boards are rotting.
