The Space:

The Links 12B is a light, bright, and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located on Barony Golf Course in Port Royal. Recently updated with wood tile flooring throughout the living area and primary bedroom, plus new carpet in the master bedroom. This home is a tastefully furnished home-away-from-home with a designer feel.



Enter the home by ascending the eight steps up into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The living room includes comfortable furnishings that include a wet bar, a large wall-mounted smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. The screened porch and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. You'll also find a high-top table and chairs. With all this, the screened porch is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy quiet time, watch golfers, or dine alfresco.



The kitchen is well-equipped and updated to include granite counters, all new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating. The dining area is off the kitchen, a perfect place to share family-style meals.



The spacious primary bedroom features a wall-mounted TV and en-suite bath with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a window seat, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a TV and is connected to the hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.



The laundry room, located at the back of the kitchen, has a full-size washer/dryer. A three-burner gas grill (located in the carport) is included for easy outdoor cooking. The property features a carport and the use of a golf cart, when available, to travel to nearby Islanders Beach Park.



Islander Beach Park, less than a mile away, can be reached with a quick bike ride or by taking a nice stroll. The park has a playground with restroom facilities and showers. The Westin Resort, with restaurants, shopping, and resort facilities is just minutes away by car, bike, or a short walk.

The Links is a gated community featuring a community pool that is not heated and is open seasonally, April-October.

There is one trash and one recyclable container located in a trash enclosure between the house and the carport. Please don't leave any bags of garbage outside next to a full bin as it could cause litter in the area or harm curious wildlife.

Guests are welcome to make local use of the golf cart, with the provision that South Carolina law requires all drivers to have a valid driver’s license. The golf cart is registered and includes parking access for the Islanders Beach golf cart parking area. This spacious home has beautiful views of Barony Golf Course from the master bedroom and the screened in porch. It is comfortably furnished and quiet. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to visit the beach.

House was large and it was nice everyone had their own bathroom. Golf cart was a great amenity to get chairs to the beach. There isn’t a direct path to the beach so the golf cart came in handy. The house had plenty of accessories and it was convenient to cook or go out. Loved the screened in porch.

We enjoyed our stay at Links12B. The location is great within walking distance of the beach, golf courses and the Westin. Having a golf cart is an extra bonus. The unit was clean but lacking a few things and there was limited information provided. Communication with Vacasa could have been better.

The Links in HH is a super location to access beach! The golf cart was a plus to access Folly Field Beach in a few minutes! Home was spacious w 3BR, 3Bth. Kitchen was was fully stocked! The screened-in porch with golf course views was delightful. Pool was clean & well maintained Would be very helpful having instructions for TV's. I would highly recommend.

A very nice stay

This villa is located on a golf course in a very quiet part of HHI. It was exactly as pictured & well stocked. A few tips: once you turn into Port Royal, keep driving past other villas & a pond w/ a fountain. At the yield sign, take a right & you'll see the gate. Also, live tv is Spectrum (you'll find it in apps). Nearby Shelter Cove & Folly Field Beach are great places to walk. Enjoy!

Excellent Stay!

Wow, what a great experience. Home was lovely, extremely clean, and located in an ideal spot. The golf cart was such a great bonus. The beach and pool were close by and were not crowded. The neighborhood bike trails were a great evening activity for us all. Goode Vacations was so pleasant through the whole process and check in/out were super easy. The only downside I can think of was that the dryer does not dry as well as it should. This was truly a great family vacation. Thank you!!!
