Had an amazing stay at this farmhouse! The property was peaceful, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I hosted my birthday here and it ended up being the perfect spot to celebrate with friends. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fresh air, and grilling on the back patio made the stay even better.The property felt super quiet and private. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. Overall, it was such a great experience and I would definitely come back again!

The air conditioner was not working properly upon arrival and checked with the host and he came over and replaced the filter and brought a fan but unfortunately it was 100 in Texas and the air was obviously not functioning properly so the first night was pretty warm and the next day it was still hot starting the day at out so I advised him again and he was not able to get anyone to do anything so he did give me one night’s rent back but the second night nobody stayed there. It was just too hot, my grandson and his family who were staying there. We bunched up in the place that some others of us were staying so that he could have a cool place so unfortunately I know you don’t have control over when an air conditioner doesn’t work but still it made the place not adequate but overall the place looked OK. It was not spectacular but it was certainly adequate and would’ve been OK. Had it not been for the air-conditioning unit but I do appreciate that. He did refund one night and that’s probably the best that he could do.
