Abgewohnte FeWo, gute Lage

Die Wohnung bestand aus einem Sammelsurium an zusammengewürfelten Möbeln. Hier passte nix zusammen. In der Küche noch das Essen vom Vorgänger. Das Bad alt und angebrochene Fliesen. Der Fußboden wellig uneben. Allein die Lage war super. FeWo in 2. OG nur über steile Treppe erreichbar. Nix für ältere Kinder der eingeschränkt mobile Menschen

Super Lage - Wohnung leider ungepflegt

Die Lage ist super zentral und Warnemünde ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung war leider ziemlich verstaubt und grunsätzlich in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Die Gebühr von 100 € für die Entreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. In der Dusche Schimmel, die Armaturen verkalkt, die Klobürste müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Schrauben der wackeligen Esszimmer Stühle haben wir festgeschraubt. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es kleine Dachfenster, die Rollos verdunkeln nicht, sodass es in den Zimmern hell ist sobald die Sonne aufgeht. Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es keine Nachttische! In der Wohnung gibt es keine Info-Mappe für die Gäste. Die Mülltonnen haben wir durch Zufall entdeckt. In der Wohnung gab es nur einen (dreckigen) Mülleimer, so dass es mit der Mülltrennung schwierig wurde. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur einen Handtuchhalter für 2 Handtücher, keine Haken o. Ä. für die Badetücher. Es gibt zwar eine Spülmaschine aber die Speiseteller passen nicht hinein. Der Eigentümer sollte hier mal Urlaub machen, vielleicht würde diese dann mal auf Vordermann gebracht werden!
