50m² Holiday Cottage for up to 4 people near the beach, with its own garden, ter

Our holiday cottage "Küstenwald" is located in the Stolteraa holiday complex, just a few meters from the beach. It accommodates up to 4 people.
The bedroom features a double bed, and the sofa can be unfolded into a comfortable bed with a mattress and springs. The completely fenced garden is quiet and adjacent to the large terrace.
A private parking space and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. The living area is approximately 50m².
The cottage is fully equipped, making it ideal for sun lovers and cyclists. The garden features a beach chair, a private seating area on the terrace for privacy, and a storage option for bicycles.
Please note that the holiday complex (for the benefit of playing children and peace and quiet) is off-limits for vehicles between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays. The parking lot is an exception, and is located about 50 meters from the holiday cottage.

Ferienhaus klein aber oho einschließlich der Fahrräder und Strandutensilien mit Bollerwagen.

Von der Spül- und Waschmaschine bis zum Bügelbrett alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in sehr gute Begleitung vom Vermieter. Hervorzuheben ist die Kulanzbereitschaft bei begründetem Ausfall von gebuchten Leistungen!!!Vielen Dank

Diese FeWo kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Sie ist gut für vierköpfige Familie geeignet und optimal aufgeteilt. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Es war wie letztes Jahr ein wunderschöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Selbst wenn das Wetter nichts gut war.

Kleine Wohnung, aber alles drin, was benötigt wird!

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Grundsätzlich war alles sauber, allerdings wurden die Mülleimer nicht geleert... Und der Schrank im Schlafzimmer (die Schubladen) konnte nicht vollständig geöffnet werden, da der Heizkörper dieses eingeschränkt hat. Schade, denn so konnte der Schrank nur teilweise genutzt werden. Dadurch war die Ablagemöglichkeit für Bekleidung sehr knapp! Ansonsten ist es eine schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben! Neue und gute Möbel, Küchenausstattung - alles super!
