Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit (garage not included). Please feel at home.



➤ Free driveway parking is available—please park on the right side when facing the house.



➤ Visitors can park on the street until 11 PM, but after that, vehicles will be towed away. So, make sure to plan accordingly and avoid any late-night surprises!

This home is set in a quiet, family-friendly area of Scarborough with easy access to parks, trails, and the waterfront. Popular attractions like the Scarborough Bluffs, Toronto Zoo, and Rouge National Urban Park are just a short drive away, while Scarborough Town Centre offers shopping, dining, and entertainment. Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
