The "Deichgraf" holiday rental (on the upper floor), with a total living area of approximately 61 m², is accessible via an outdoor staircase and accommodates four people. The open-concept living/dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, is bright and inviting. The holiday rental has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, each leading to its own shower room. (Two additional sleeping areas, for adults only, are located in the attic.) All bedrooms can be darkened. One window in each room is equipped with a screen. A shared terrace in the garden, furnished with outdoor seating, a beach chair, and a sandpit, invites you to relax and play outdoors. The house features three holiday apartments, each accommodating up to 4 people. Two apartments are located on the upper floor of the house and are accessible via a staircase. The “Sanbank” unit is located on the ground floor and is also accessible for people with disabilities. A shared terrace in the garden, complete with furniture, a beach chair, and a sandpit, invites you to relax and play outdoors.
