The "Jade 1" semi-detached house is designed to accommodate six people. It is located in the "Jade" holiday home complex. The property features two newly built semi-detached houses, each with two residential units. Typical of the Darß region, the properties have thatched roofs and feature a beautiful bat dormer in the attic. Each residential unit extends from the ground floor to the upper floor. The living area per semi-detached house is approximately 95 m². The light-filled living and dining area features a cosy sitting area, a high-quality dining area, and access to the terrace. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. The two bedrooms on the upper floor each feature a double bed and ample storage space for your clothes. Another bedroom is located in the attic and features two additional single beds. The attic is accessible via a standard staircase. There is one shower room on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, each equipped with a glass shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire unit. One parking space is available on the property for each half of the duplex.

Wir haben mit insg. 5 Personen ein verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht! Das Haus hat uns rundherum sehr gut gefallen. Im besonderen der sehr geräumige Wohn- und Ess/Küchenbereich lies uns „atmen“, auch die vielen Fenster unterstützen das schöne Raumgefühl. Die Küche war erstklassig ausgestattet. Kleiner Kritikpunkt das 3. Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden, das nicht durch eine Tür geräuschlich vom Treppenhaus getrennt werden konnte. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben im Haus Jade 1 4 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und sauber. Insbesondere der großzügige, helle Wohnraum mit offener Küche war ideal für 6 Personen. Für Kinder gibt es Schauckeln und eine Rutsche. Der Service und die Kommunikation haben sehr gut funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Hallo liebes FDZ-Team, das war unser 3. Aufenthalt auf FDZ und alles war auch über eure Agentur ausgezeichnet. Schön, dass wir auch 2 Parkplätze hatten. Das Haus Jade 1 war ideal für uns mit den Hunden (auch ohne Zaun) und wir haben uns wegen der Lage zum Bodden das Jade extra ausgesucht. Born ist und bleibt unser Traumort auf dem Darss. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.
