Beautiful, comfortable residence "les Huskies", 4 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 8.7 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Dimension: height 180 cm. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "La Cote du parc" 300 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 200 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.8 km. Tennis 200 m, minigolf, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge).
3-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 22. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. No lift. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Very cozy and lovely church

This is a wonderfully cozy and warm chalet with a beautiful view of the alpine mountains. It is in a very convenient location. You can walk to restaurants and shops. St Gervais was even more lively and picturesque than we thought so it’s a lovely village to come to. We found it more reasonably priced than other Alpine villages. We had Christmas in the chalet and we appreciated the small and tasteful decorations by the owners. We drove to the gondola everyday (about 5 mins) and left skis in the car. The garage space for the chalet is a little inconvenient and we ended up parking on the street. We missed having a convenient place to store skis and boots after skiing at the property but it didn’t bother us to leave them in our car. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Thank you.

L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement bien équipé. Tout est pensé pour accueillir et faciliter la vie des occupants. Produits de base (et au-delà) sont présents dans l'appartement, notamment toutes sortes d'épices pour se sentir "comme à la maison". Des jeux de société, des chargeurs de téléphone, des informations... C'est très agréable. Petit bémol : l'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé et la literie de la chambre enfants est adaptée pour de jeunes enfants (peu confort pr adulte)

Semaine calme, dépaysante et reposante

Location vraiment très agréable et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "chez-nous". La vue de la terrasse est superbe et L'aménagement intérieur est pensé jusqu'au moindre détail, rien ne manque ! L'ambiance chaleureuse et très cosy donne très envie de revenir dans cette location et de profiter de st Gervais en prenant le petit sentier.
