Pros-very clean, plenty of space for 4 adults & 2 kids, lots of useful kitchen utensils/equipment for preparing meals, VERY responsive staff for handling problems/questions (a resl live person always answered & addressed our issue within the hour), plenty of indoor & outdoor seating & living space, access to Cabana Club pool (nice pool & our 5 & 3-yr old grandsons loved it; not much of a beach however), convenient location close to good restaurants, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach, Aquarium Encounters, grocery stores, etc.

Spacious duplex with space for 27’ boat at the dock and trailer parking. This is a good location close to Vaca cut as well as restaurants. The access to the cabana club was a nice addition but we didn’t use it much since we were on the water most of the time.

Great location, reasonable price!

This was the perfect home for anyone who plans on fishing and diving in the Keys--close to the inlet, well supplied, great neighbors, plenty of room both inside and outside. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone who plans on visiting Marathon.

Great Stay.

Very nice Key Colony home. A lot of space and very well laid out. Good docking area for boat as well close to opening of canal to save idle time. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.
