Overall, the place was nice. Great location, quiet neighborhood. The patio area was very nice and had cozy furniture to relax on. Restaurants were close by and the area overall has many things to do. The reason for the 4 stars is in some minor issues with the 2nd BR door not closing fully, both sliding glass doors and screens were difficult to open, the main bedroom bed broke in the middle of the night,the shower curtain in the spare bath fell down. They came the next day and fixed both after calling twice about it. The property management company needs to be better with communication. When you say you will call someone back then they need to do it.

Lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The cottage was so clean and very cute decor. The neighborhood was so nice and we enjoyed the use of the Cabana Club just a short walk away to the beach. Highly recommend!

We loved the easy access to so many amenities with where this home is located. This home is comfortable and equipped with anything you may need. The lanai that overlooks the canal is great for relaxing after a day filled with adventure and exploring the surrounding areas! Will definitely book here again in the future!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 31 7th St. We rented a boat and were able to utilize the dock. It was also nice to have the extra life jackets available. We would definitely come back.

The unit is nice- remember that this is NOT Key West. Par 3 / 9 hole across the street, easy walk to the beach/park. The maintenance guy said updates are better than most of the units in Marathon (Key Colony) and Vacasa was easily for issues like broken blinds and ACAissues.
