Wohnung aus den 80zigern aber sauber. Teilmeerblick durch großen Baum nicht mehr ganz vorhanden. Aktuell Baulärm durch erstellen von großen „ Lagerhallen „. Sehr sonnige Wohnung mit großer ( in die Jahre) gekommener Terrasse. Preis - Leistung Verhältnis gut.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in Ordnung.

Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung für eine Woche zu Dritt in Ordnung. Die Küche ist wirklich klein. Für ein schnelles Mittagessen zwischendurch aber ausreichend. Mehr Steckdosen für die Küchengeräte ( Kaffeemaschine, Toaster uws.) wären nicht schlecht. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig, mit seitlichen Blick auf die Ostsee. Vom Objekt zum Stand nur wenige Meter.

Das Apartment entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr klein und leider ist auch keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Das Mobiliar ist auch in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut erhalten. Insgesamt eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen mit einer riesigen Terrasse.
