Cozy vacation apartment with eat-in kitchen and bathtub

Our comfortably furnished holiday rental with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor of our half-timbered house in Geisa in the Ulster Valley. Please note that due to the steep staircase, this rental is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. You’ll find a cosy living room with satellite TV, a radio, and a sleeper sofa (2.30 x 1.40 m). The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.90 m long). In the children’s room, you’ll find a single bed, a bunk bed (2.00 m long), a desk, and a bookshelf. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped (dishwasher, etc.). The holiday rental also features a bathroom with a bathtub (including a shower) and a toilet. You’re welcome to use the washing machine on the ground floor. Breakfast can be added to your booking upon request. A grill, a flea market barn, and the house library are available for your use. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and parking is available in front of the house. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please contact us two days before your arrival to discuss check-in. Pets: not allowed. Cot: upon request. Extra bed for 2 people available upon request (sofa bed) for 20 EUR per person. Meals: Breakfast upon request. Additional costs: Electricity costs are billed separately (0.42 EUR per kWh); the holiday rental is heated electrically during the cooler months. Note: For stays of only one night, bed linens can be booked for 5.00 EUR per person, or you may bring your own.
