This perfect space offers three bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed with a twin bed on top & a full on bottom. Guests will enjoy 2 1/2 bathrooms. The living room can also double as an extra sleeping area with a queen air mattress for your use, making it ideal for families or groups. With heating and air conditioning, comfort is always within reach. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip Used beds and leave in a pile on the bed. Do not remove mattress protectors unless they got dirty.
Please place all garbage and recyclables in the garge in appropriate trash recepticle.
Please place used towels in one of the laundry baskets and leave in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a Peaceful Gated Community! Enjoy yourselves thoroughly but Please be Kind and Respectful to our neighbors. Quiet Hours 11pm to 7am
This is our home away from home as well, please treat it as you would your own. Thank you!
There are beds for 6 Adults. The full bed of the bunk can sleep 2 children as well as 1 on top. A Queen Air Mattress is also available.
