House backs to the forest with decks at the front and rear. Large hot tub on the rear deck. Distant views of the 14'er, Mt. Bross, from the living room. You can take a short hike/snowshoe through the forest from the backyard or continue all the way up to various 14'ers.
Skiing at Breck, Keystone, Copper, and A-Basin are about a 30-45 minute drive. Walk a few blocks into town and catch the free bus to Breckenridge. Rafting on the Arkansas River in Buena Vista is about 40 minutes away.
Rental includes the upper two floors of the house and garage. You will have exclusive use of the garage, backyard, hot tub, and front deck. Ski/Snowboard storage racks are mounted in the garage. The garage is a deep one car garage and has room for bikes, kayaks, and most other "toys" you bring. No access to the lower level (except the garage).
Smart lock access to the front door on the upper level is available 24/7. You will receive a code for the garage keypad and a remote is also included.
