The accommodation is in the beautiful village of Niedersfeld, surrounded by greenery on top of a hill and within walking distance of the beautiful Hillebachsee. The house is furnished authentically and stylishly and is fully equipped.

The house has a stylishly furnished living room with many windows, high ceilings, a loft. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a toaster. It has a cosy dining area with a corner couch. The sitting area has a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available. The patio doors open onto the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the view. A staircase leads to the spacious and child-friendly garden below.

The house has three bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a cot and a high chair available for children. The bathroom has a sauna, a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. The holiday home has several parking spaces available on site. There is also a bicycle shed and a room to store your skis.

Take a walk through the beautiful heath of Hochheide that turns pink-purple in autumn. In winter, it is a Mecca for anyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, sleighing, skiing in Niedersfeld or in Winterberg, where there is guaranteed snow (a 10-minute drive).
