Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön. Der Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten oder zu spielen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend groß, leider ist der Schnitt etwas ungünstig (im Schlafzimmer ist zuviel, im Wohnbereich zu wenig Platz). Gute Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien, und der neue Induktionsherd ist top.
