Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the laundry in the dryer wasn't getting dried due to the lint filter being overfull. The owner was asked about helping with the heat, we were told fans were out of stock.Windows were open at night and there was screaming in the streets until early in the morning.

Dear Jennifer, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Regarding the heat, Luxembourg and much of Europe experienced an unusual heatwave during your stay, and there were stock and delivery delays for cooling equipment. I had already ordered additional cooling fans/coolers, and I also provided a screenshot showing the Amazon delivery delay. The new coolers have now arrived and have been placed in the apartment to improve comfort for future guests. I also apologise for the dishwasher and dryer/lint filter issue. This has been addressed with the cleaning team to ensure that dishes are checked properly and the dryer/lint filter is cleaned before each guest arrival. Regarding the street noise, the apartment is centrally located near Luxembourg Gare, which is convenient for transport and visiting the city, but there can occasionally be outside noise at night, especially when windows are open during very warm weather. Thank you again for your comments. They are helpful, and I will continue improving the apartment and guest experience.
