Thank you Heather for your kind review. The after hours check-in relies on physical keys, as safety is our priority. The instructions on how and where to use the keys should have been more clear. We have since updated the instructions for better clarity and asked the emergency staff to be more thorough. Glad that our location and remodel were pleasing.

James, I am sorry you felt misinformed. In response, the pull-out sofa IS listed as a sofa and IS clearly shown in our pictures in a living room (not a bedroom), sorry that confused you. For the primary bed, it is a split-King (a mechanical bed configuration that allows the beds to adjust separately). ALL split-kings measure the width of a king bed, just as a king bed close to the floor and a king far from the floor are both "king size beds". To each their own; we also have complements on the bed. You cannot FALL through the crack (there is an outer frame that limits how far apart the mechanical beds can move. As a guest to other units, you know All UNITS have windows out to the hallway. For anyone reading this, you visited on a uniquely busy 4th of July (250th). The noise was uniquely heightened and when other guests are inconsiderate you hear them in concrete hallways near AND not-as-near to the elevator, sorry to say. As for the door, I just checked and it needs re-aligned but is not broken. --If you would have contacted me before you completed your stay, I would have been quick to address any issues that I could have helped with. --If you would have asked clarity on your misunderstandings, I could have improved the misleading parts of your review.
