Best View on Jackson Lake. Sits on 4 + Acres of land on the point of Jackson Lake off Eagle Dr. House is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Can Sleep 8 adults. Gourmet Thermidor Kitchen. Covered double decker wrap around deck. Plenty of outside seating.

The space
This is a big open place where you bring your family together and have a great weekend without anyone on top of you. Very private place with lots of open room inside and out. plenty of parking 20+ cars.

This is solely communicated to relay room for boat trailer and turn around. Not saying you can bring 20+ cars. This is not a venue. No weddings or parties over 16 people.

Beautiful sunsets. RVs and Boat trailers can fit also plenty of room on property. Boat ramp to put your boat in.

Guest access
Boat ramp and 4 acres of land on the point to enjoy. Dock is Available for use of regular boat / pontoon. And 2 skis. 30 plus outside chairs in covered seating area. Overlooking main body of water. Facing west for beautiful sunsets.

Other things to note
Children that can not swim must be wearing life vest outside while on the property. Its is for everyones safety. The boat ramp is shared with owner 2 doors down but hardly ever uses it. Beware of wildlife. You are on the lake. Eagle preserve adjacent to property.
