I love connecting people to this special part of Baja—the sea, the light, the slower pace of life—and sharing a property that has both heart and purpose.

I chose this area for its rare mix of natural beauty and authenticity. Set right on the Sea of Cortez, it offers peaceful, uncrowded beaches, incredible sunrises, and a slower, more grounded pace of life.

At the same time, you’re just minutes from the marina, great local restaurants, and everything San José del Cabo has to offer. It feels tucked away and private, yet still connected—something that’s becoming harder to find.
