Our spacious 3BR, 3.5BA single-family home offers comfort and entertainment just minutes from downtown Houston. Enjoy a private patio with night lighting and grill, a game room with pool and foosball tables, and space for up to 8 guests. With 24-hour self check-in, optional airport transport, a 2-car garage + driveway parking, and a location near top stadiums and nightlife, it's perfect for families, groups, or business travelers seeking style and convenience.
House Rules:
- There is a shoe rack right at the entrance. Please keep your shoes there.
- Please ensure that the beddings, carpets, rugs, sofas, etc. are not stained or soiled when you leave.
- Please pack all the trash in the garbage bag that we will provide at the beginning of your trip. If you need more garbage bags, please let us know before your trip ends, and we will drop them off at your doorstep.
- Smoking is not allowed, and we would have to levy a 600 Dollar fine otherwise.
Thank you very much for catering to our rules.
Also, a copy of these rules will be pasted on a sheet of paper inside the house.
