This family-friendly cottage rental is located on Georgian Bay, Ontario, and can accommodate up to 16 guests, making it perfect for extended family and group getaways. It has seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with four queen-size beds and ten twin beds in total. Each of the first two bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed. In the third bedroom, guests will find another queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains yet another queen-size bed and two twin beds. Finally, each of the fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms contains two twin-size beds. In each of the bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination bathtub/shower. Guests will need to bring their own linens and towels.
In the living area, guests will find a leather sofa, loveseat, and armchair arranged around a coffee table and surrounded by wood flooring. The entertainment area features a pair of comfortable armchairs set in front of a flatscreen television with a DVD player. The dining area seats eight guests. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a range, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. The cottage also features a wood-burning fireplace encased in a massive stone column. Outside, guests will find a spacious wraparound deck with a propane barbecue grill and a variety of patio furniture from which guests can enjoy direct views of the bay.
There are ten other cottages scattered across the glamping site on which this cottage is located. However, with 100 acres of land and 3,000 feet of waterfront property, the site provides guests with plenty of space and privacy. Each cottage commands its own view of the bay and provides guests with easy access to the site's private sandy beach, where they will find two public fire pits.
Other on-site amenities include a fish cleaning hut, a children's playground, boat docks, and areas where guests can play beach volleyball, badminton, and basketball. Guests will also enjoy access to kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, which they can use to explore the myriad waterways and islands of Shebeshekong Bay and Georgian Bay.
At the 100-acre glamping property, guests will find 3,000 feet of waterfront property, including an easy-access private beach with shallow water that extends out about 100 feet into Georgian Bay's Shebeshekong Bay. At the beach, guests will also find two public fire pits.
