Wenn die Aussicht nicht wäre...

Zustand und Ausstattung schlecht. Offenliegende Kontakte an defektem Stecker bedeuten ernste Lebensgefahr. Mangelhafte Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten. Küchenausstattung veraltet und unvollständig. Türen klappern bei Wind etc etc. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich offensichtlich nicht ausreichend um die Wohnung...

Es war, bis auf das sehr kleine Schlafzimmer, einfach fantastisch. Allein der Balkon mit Meerblick! Die Wohnung voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, wunderbar ruhig. Wir ( 3 Erwachsene) hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Unübertreffliche Lage, allein der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer wäre der Grund gewesen sich für diese Wohnung zu entscheiden. Der einzige Nachteil war das eine Schlafzimmer, es war sehr eng. Das Bad mini aber top sauber , die Küche ebenso, aber voll ausgestattet. Die Lage zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Beware when booking from overseas

Not sure why this property is listed on VRBO. Credit card payment not possible (had to figure out how to transfer money into a German bank account), communication through VRBO message system not possible (and emails from property management will end up in spam folder), booking linens and towels requirement (or bring your own) not mentioned (saw it after reading other reviews, and had to specifically ask for it). Otherwise nice location considering the views from couch/dining table and balcony. Beds as shown in photos. Very tight bathroom situation. Well stocked kitchen with spices, vinegar and salad oil, pots etc. Just no dishwasher soap. Overall the building, bathroom and kitchen are dated but clean and functioning (I dont need a designer bath or kitchen). The old (we were guessing at least 20+years based on discolored plastic) shower head broke on first morning of 5 night stay, reported it to property management, but never had anyone come out install a new one during our stay. Not cool. Yes, island situation, but ferries run every day and Amazon delivers in one day. No guidance in apartment on the advertised available WiFi, which is an open WiFi connection, no guidance in apartment on departure procedure, or how to report issues. Make sure you have a working phone when coming from overseas so you can work through everything (thankfully we had one person with us with a working phone that was intended for emergency use)! Maybe this is how things work here but if advertising this place on a worldwide vacation rental site, the property management needs to better accommodate those clients!

Unverschämte Unverschämt

Wir haben hier über das Portal gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gleich erst mal noch 32 Euro berechnet für Bettwäsche was wir aber hier nicht sehen konnten das dies berechnet wird. Die Agentur vor Ort absolut unverschämt und unfreundlich. Als wir dann an der Wohnung angekommen sind war das Objekt in einem schlechten Reinigungszustand, Sofas wir z.B. erst mal Fenster putzen mussten da wir sonst wirklich nicht Nacht draußen sehen konnten. Ich verstehe das direkte Seelage nach einem Sturm die Fenster voll Salz sein können. Der Sturm war aber schon zwei Wochen her. Zudem war der Pool der laut Angaben 2021 geschlossen ist auch noch 2022 geschlossen. Alles in allem ein Reinfall!
