Unzumutbar!!!
Die schlimsten Begebenheiten waren: ca. 30 Quadratmeter großer Wohn/Essbereich war lediglich durch einen mini Heizkörper beheizbar, vorhandene Fußbodenheizung funktionierte nicht. Wir mussten darauf achten, das Kaminofen nicht aus geht, um nicht im kalten zu sitzen.
Blanke Kabel in Waschräumen und Flur.
Nicht befestigte Spiegel in Flur und Bad.
Scharfe Kannten, durch nicht sauber verlegte Fliesen im Bad.
Abfluss im Bad riecht stark nach Abwasser.
Haus riecht insgesamt sehr muffig. Eines der Schlafzimmer wies einen sehr üblen Geruch auf, der auch durch gutes lüften nicht nachließ.
In Buchung enthaltene WLAN , war nicht verfügbar.
Dies ist auch kein Bio- Hof.
Die hygienischen Verhältnisse in diesem Haus waren mangelhaft.
Dieses Objekt ist auf keinen Fall in einem vermietbaren Zustand!
