The top level features beautiful windows that fill the living area with natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to relax and gather. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals for your stay, which can be enjoyed together in the dining area. You'll find beautiful and comfortable bedroom accommodations for your group with deck views. Two king bedrooms and another room with two twins offering a place to recharge after long beach days.



Head to the ground level where you’ll find an additional living room with a TV, comfortable sofa seating, and a bean bag, perfect for relaxing and enjoying movie nights. The competitors of your group can challenge each other to a round of pool in the game room. There's also a king bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), ensuring a variety of options for your group. Laundry is available for your convenience.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
