The interior was clean and it was conviently located for our needs. Unfortunately the exterior is not very clean. Mattresses and debris piled next to the dumpster, making it feel somewhat unsafe.

The apartment was very comfortable, included everything. The building itself was a little old and rundown on the outside, but the inside was beautiful and quiet. It’s close to everything in Lutz.

The outside was an old apartment complex. There was a stack of old mattresses piled up on the ground by the dumpster.The lock on the door was unreliable . Sometimes it would lock and sometimes not. The a/c worked the first day then afterwards it did not. I had to get another place. I was refunded the total amount . Host was very apologetic. The other issue is I left my Apple Watch and notified host right away. I never got it back.

We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. We always do our best to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and address any issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning system unexpectedly failed during your stay. We responded immediately, provided a full refund, and have since completely replaced the system with a brand-new unit. Regarding the mattresses and trash near the community dumpster, this is a shared disposal area for the complex and unfortunately outside of our direct control. While it can occasionally be unsightly when residents are disposing of larger items, these items are typically removed by the community shortly afterward. We are also sorry to hear about the Apple Watch. We were notified and checked the property, but unfortunately no watch was found or turned in to us. We would absolutely return any personal belongings found after a guest’s departure. We also recommended using Apple’s Find My feature, when available, to help determine its last known location. We appreciate your feedback and regret that these circumstances affected your experience.
