The pool was very clean and in great condition. Villa is in a good location, (although hill up from the beach is steep) with a great choice of restaurants just down the hill. Easy walk into town. Pros: Martin and Anneke made us feel very welcome at Villa Erfordia. We were very pleased with the standard of the accommodation. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was fantastic. Especially when enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun was setting. The children loved the private pool and we had many an enjoyable hour playing water polo. On our second day the kettle stopped working and the kitchen bulb needed replacing. I sent an early morning text to let Martin know. A couple of hours later Anneke arrived with a new kettle and Martin replaced the bulb. Nothing was a problem. We plan on visiting Nerja again in the future and will certainly contact Martin and Anneke again to see what accommodation they have available.
