I am a semi-retired manufacturing engineer, professional musician. I have three kids and soon my 5th grandchild. I live here in an ADU behind this home between the months of Oct-April. The rest of the year I live in Wildwood NJ, close to where I grew up (northeast Philadelphia suburb) as well as the ocean.
Why they chose this property
My family owned, and I operated, an electronics manufacturing company here in Arizona for 30 years. So I bought this house just after a significant remodel in 2017. Our building was very close, within a mile and a half. Now the business and building are sold and at least for now, I am hosting the house as a short term rental.
What makes this property unique
This property is aesthetically pleasing inside and out and although it's basic, it's comfortable and very clean. This property is also centered between two of the finest Cactus League spring training ballparks. (1-3mi from Angels and Cubs), within minutes of most of the east valley parks. Additionally, downtown Tempe, ASU Main Campus is a moderate distance walk or quick bike ride.
