Amazing home in Gudhjem with house sea view

A beautiful half-timbered house dating from 1917, with views of the cliffs and the sea, the island of Christiansø and the charming little village of Gudhjem.



The house has been lovingly renovated in keeping with its original style, with many fine details, so that you can experience both its historic charm and its cosy atmosphere. The house is set on a 4-hectare plot and is just 50 metres from a private rocky shore with a picnic table and benches, so the surroundings are perfect for relaxing. You can look forward to a welcoming and well-equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favourite dishes. The living room is particularly cosy, with a wood-burning stove and firewood for rainy days. Whilst the fire crackles in the stove, you can enjoy a soothing sea view through the windows. A comfortable living environment is guaranteed, as the house is insulated and has sound-absorbing windows.



On sunny days, you can head out onto a covered veranda with garden furniture and equally wonderful views. You’re sure to spend plenty of time here in the summer.



The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the Hotel Stammershalle, which also houses a privately run restaurant. You can take a trip to the waterfall in Døndalen. Look forward to lovely summer evenings when you only need to cross the road to reach the sea and enjoy a beautiful sunset right by the coast. There is a bathing jetty at the Hotel Stammershalle, just 500 metres away. You can put on your swimsuit at home and take the short walk whenever you like.
