New, Nordic-style, non-smoking ground-floor holiday apartment in a central yet quiet location in Greetsiel. As you enter the apartment through the hallway, you’ll immediately feel at home—everything is modern, very cosy, and bathed in natural light.

To the right of the entrance is a separate guest bathroom; next to it, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a window. Next is a bedroom with two separate beds, which can also be pushed together. A spacious closet and a wall-mounted TV complete the room. A bed rail is available for one of the beds, and a high chair is also provided for younger guests.

Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the open-concept living and dining area with a modern kitchenette. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo combination coffee maker, a blender, an air fryer, and a generous selection of dishes, pots, glasses, etc.

The large, rustic dining table comfortably seats 4 people plus a toddler; it’s also perfect for cosy game nights, and a few board games are provided.

The cosy sofa corner offers an unobstructed view of the patio and garden, as well as the TV mounted on the opposite wall and the stereo system.

To the left of the living room is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed, an open closet, and a third TV.

A storage room with a washing machine and dryer, a clothes rack, and an iron rounds out the apartment.

Everything is covered with low-maintenance vinyl flooring; underfloor heating is installed throughout, and all windows feature privacy shades, fly screens, and exterior blinds. The patio door is equipped with a sliding fly screen. Starting in 2022, the entire garden will also be fenced in.

Your four-legged friends will also feel right at home at Hoppetosse—food bowls and a doormat are already waiting for them.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the garden shed.

The An’t Möhlen, Friesenlounge, and Heimathaven accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vastness of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
