Firstly I found that the apartment was in a good location and was fairly new. There was however some issues with our stay.
I would normally not bring up minor issues however a few of these things impacted our payed for holiday in a negative way.
The first issue was I was given the wrong code to the front common door of the apartment and was locked out so many times and had to wait for someone to let us in.
The beds were not made or set up and when I pulled the double sofa couch out one whole side was already snapped and broken making the sofa bed unusable on this side. Making one of our children share a single bed with my wife. We payed for 4 beds.
We were not given a wifi password prior to the holiday and it was not written down anywhere in the apartment.
There were no tea towels and not enough toilet paper. I’m not sure how we are meant to wipe benches dishes dry.
The description of the apartment mentioned a washing machine dryer. This was a payed washing machine on the bottom floor. This description should mention this. We were lead to believe this was in the apartment and free.
I emailed with these issues and was told to get in contact with the key holder.
I texted this number and phoned but did not hear back until the 3rd day we were at the apartment.
I was then given a wifi password. So we could at least use our devices however the tv did not work.
So therefore we had to endure 4 nights of 1 person sleeping on the floor and 3 nights of no internet/tv.
