Location

The Beach Life No. 3 holiday rental is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Scharbeutz. The town centre, with its many cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and several supermarkets, is just a stone’s throw away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There’s plenty to keep your children entertained, too: large and varied playgrounds are located in the immediate vicinity.

Living

The apartment impresses with its Nordic flair and tasteful furnishings. The open and light-filled living and dining area is stylishly designed and cleverly laid out. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. The dining table can be extended, so you can treat your guests to a culinary feast. The comfortable couch can be converted into a sleeping area in no time at all. You also have access from here to the covered balcony with cosy patio furniture. The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 x 1.90 metres) as well as a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The en-suite bathroom is small but nice, and thanks to the heated towel rack, comfort is not compromised here either.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the complex’s shared basement.

Entertainment

Of course, the holiday rental is equipped with Wi-Fi access. The flat-screen TV in the living room and the small stereo system are also part of the entertainment package.

Design & Style

High-quality wood-look designer flooring and modern Nordic-Scandinavian design influences give the apartment a warm and bright atmosphere. Maritime decorations and soft colour tones create a cosy ambiance.

Parking & Bicycles

So you don’t have to search for a parking spot while on holiday, there is a lift-type parking space (No. 3) located directly beneath the house (max. dimensions: length 5 m, width 1.90 m, height 1.50 m, weight 2 T.). Alternatively, you can park your car in the public, paid car park on Hamburger Ring (approx. 100 metres away). Upon presentation of your parking tickets, we will, of course, reimburse you for the parking fee upon checkout.

You can store your bicycles in the communal bicycle storage room.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
