This architect-designed house is anything but ordinary. Built around an ancient mango tree with a trunk 5 metres in diameter, our architect has designed a luxury treehouse that winds its way upwards around the tree in a spiral. Located in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, enjoy what this 2-bedroom building has to offer. The space features one full bed and one twin bed, perfect for a small group or family. Guests can refresh in the superb bathroom equipped with a shower. The serene atmosphere invites relaxation after a day of exploring. A spacious kitchen on the upper floor with seating, an electric hob, a coffee machine and a fridge – fully equipped – and a large terrace with chairs and a table. All of this winds its way up the large tree. To reach each room, you have to climb another 3–7 steps. There are mosquito nets on all the windows, fans everywhere, and every door can be locked individually. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or stepping out to discover the surroundings, this amazing spot provides a comfortable and welcoming base.
