Carnaval tranquilo na Enseada

O apto é bem completo e bastante funcional com todos os itens de cozinha, é bem arejado com ventiladores de teto e silencioso, localizado no último andar. É bem localizado, próximo à supermercado, padaria, farmácia e posto de gasolina e fica a umas 3 quadras da praia, mais ou menos. No condomínio conta com elevadores, 1 vaga de garagem e uma pequena piscina adulto e infantil, com bastante espaço para as crianças brincarem. Para ficar incrível, precisaria apenas substituir os colchões por outros mais novos, porém recomendamos o local, pois passamos um excelente feriado de Carnaval.

Olá, Ficamos durante 04 noites, o apartamento é bem confortável e arejado... Tivemos problemas com a geladeira, pois a porta estava com a borracha desgastada e não percebemos que a porta não estava fechando, só percebemos no dia seguinte quando os alimentamos estavam quentes na geladeira... Notificamos o proprietário e o mesmo nos orientou a apertar com mais força e pressão que a geladeira voltaria a funcionar, fizemos isso e deu certo. Mas foi bom, condomínio bem bacana e seguro, super tranquilo quanto a barulho... Quem está buscando algo para descansar, com certeza vai gostar!!! Uma dica que daria era apenas para trocar os utensílios da cozinha pois já estão bem passados.

Apto bem limpo, com padaria, mercado, posto, conveniência 24h e praia perto para ir a pé. Apto bem equipado, só uma pequena dificuldade de pegar a TV, pois um cabo não funcionava. Um dos controles do portão não funcionou, mas o pessoal do prédio resolveu facilmente. Voltaria a alugar.
