Unveiling the Homestay
Comfortable Bedrooms:
The home offers 4 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, along with 2 additional single beds placed across the home, perfect for accommodating small groups. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and include wardrobes, extra pillows, and blankets for a restful stay.

Bathrooms:
There are 2 bathroom in total, both equipped with geysers, showers, towels, and basic toiletries such as hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and tissues.
Note: One bathroom is shared between two bedrooms, with access from both sides, and another bathroom is located in the living area as a common washroom.

Spacious Living Area:
Relax in a cozy living room equipped with a TV and comfortable seating. It’s a simple, inviting space to unwind after a long day or enjoy quiet evenings indoors.

Modern Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully accessible and allows full cooking. It comes equipped with LPG (₹50/day LPG usage charge), refrigerator, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and basic spices including tea and coffee. Grocery delivery can also be arranged for added convenience.
Dining Area:
A simple dining setup with seating for up to 4 guests allows you to enjoy meals comfortably indoors.

Guest Access

House Rules
Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors; indoor smoking will attract a fine of ₹5000.
Alcohol consumption is allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM; no loud noise or disturbances after 11:00 PM.
Pets are allowed with an applicable cleaning fee.
Events and parties are allowed only with prior approval and a deposit of ₹5000; no parties or events without permission.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
A security deposit of ₹2000 is required and is refundable at checkout.
Wash all used utensils and place them properly after use.
Dispose of trash in designated bins in the kitchen and rooms; littering will attract a fine of ₹1000.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Report any damages or breakages promptly; damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests.
A safety locker is provided, and guests are responsible for their own valuables.
Please conserve water and electricity; do not use all electrical appliances at the same time.
Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use; do not switch off the WiFi router or remove the card from the electric mains slot.
Do not move furniture.
This is a self-serviced house and not a hotel; guests are expected to follow all rules responsibly.
