Casa Pinar is a villa for 7 people ideal for a family vacation or with friends, just 200 meters from the beach, located in the Port of Alcudia.



It has a large garden where you can sunbathe on one of its 5 comfortable loungers or where children can play outdoors. A covered porch where you can have dinner next to the garden or a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments in the sun or culinary moments with family thanks to the grill located outside.



Facing the year 2026, this exceptional accommodation will have a large pool (5x3m), whose appearance can be appreciated in the main image, which has been generated using artificial intelligence and has a merely indicative character.



Currently, the pool is in the construction phase, planned to be executed during the winter months, with the final result expected to be similar to the one represented in the image, although slight variations from the shown visualization could occur.



Likewise, during the months of April, May, or June, the lawn may not yet present a uniform green color, with areas of soil or vegetation in the growth process being possible, typical of a recently executed work.

We stayed there with our family and Baby. The house was very spacious. We had everything we needed (beach, supermarket). As we had a car, it was super easy to explore the rest of Mallorca.

We had a great time at the house. We were lodging with six adults, one child and two babies and the room was more than adequate. The house is located ideally 100m from the beach, close to shops and restaurants but relatively quiet. The owner and agents were very quick to react to minor issues that arose.

100m from the beach

We had a great time at the house. We were lodging with six adults, one child and two babies and the room was more than adequate. The house is located ideally 100m from the beach, close to shops and restaurants but relatively quiet. The owner and agents were very quick to react to minor issues that arose.

The villa was in an excellent location, very close to the nearby beach

The villa was spacious however it could do with a bit of upkeep and maintenance and some of the photos were not representative of the current state of the accommodation. Some of the rooms had a damp smell and the shutters were difficult open/close. The villa could also do with more secure locks.

Nice house near the beach

Location, size, easy check in and quick answers from staff when required. Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and kitchen well equipped. Fencing on balcony could be better for babies when we are eating outside in balcony because babies can squeeze through the fencing and fall down. More towels could be available as this would facilitate between washing up. Basic cleaning product for bathrooms could be available for maintenance of cleaning during the stay. Highchairs and baby cots could be made available free of charge (for example up to 2 babies instead of 1 baby). Some things like sofa covers and chair covers could be less worn out.

Das Haus war an einer guten Lage. der Strand schnell erreichbar0 Einkaufsläden und Restaurants in geringer distanz. . Es fehlte sonst an nichts- genügend Handtücher, Decken und basic Verbrauchsmaterial am Anfang da. die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich.

Huset har alt hvad vi havde brug for med tre mindre børn

Vi havde 15-18 grader varme og lidt regn. Med det klima oplevede vi huset som lidt køligt og fugtigt. Grunden er afgrænset med hegn så børnenekunne løbe frit rundt. Dejligt tæt på stranden og ret roligt område. vi nød det.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Strandnähe.

Sehr gute Lage in zweiter Reihe. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand (ca. 150 Meter), ca. 150 Meter zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, alle Supermärkte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß errreichbar.

Winter auf Mallorca

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Strand ist in 2 min fußläufig erreichbar. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es gut 5 min. Das Haus ist soweit gut eingerichtet. Durch das kalte Wetter war es auch im Haus sehr ungemütlich. Die Vermieter haben jedoch alles dafür getan, dass wir es trotz Kälte gut aushalten konnten. Sie haben uns Decken und elektrische Heizöfen bereitgestellt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, außer ein Wasserkocher. Für einen großen Topf Nudelwasser hat der Herd recht lange gebraucht. Da wäre ein Wasserkocher hilfreich gewesen.
