Cosy single-family house "Marion", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021. 3 km from the centre of Saalfelden, on the outskirts, in a quiet position in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 1.5 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Industriestrasse" 300 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 700 m. Gondola lift 7 km, cross country ski track 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maria Alm 7 km, Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Zell am see 15 km, Europa Sportregion 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 15 km. Quiet yet central location, very dog-friendly house, fantastic view!
3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, cable TV and flat screen. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and TV. Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Sep. WC. Wooden floors. Balcony 4 m2, large terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. One happy stay

We have loved our stay at Haus Marion. The owners are friendly and supportive, the house is convenient well located, so we do recommend Haus Marion to everyone that is looking for a comfortable stay with a great 'price-quality'-balance. We certainly will be back in the future; we have enjoyed every minute. (we: five adults + dog)

Gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders haben wir uns über den schönen Weihnachtsbaum gefreut. Obwohl im Tal kein Schnee lag, konnte man in Leogang sehr gut Ski fahren. Ein kurzes Stück hinterm Haus befindet sich ein Weg, auf dem man sehr gut mit dem Hund spazieren kann.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus Marion. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Am besten sind die Ausblicke von den Terassen/Balkonen. Hier kann man es sich gemütlich machen und einfach nur genießen. Die Vermieter sind herzensfreundlich und immer für einen Plausch offen und man kann den einen oder anderen Tip von Ihnen erhalten

Schönes älteres Haus. Gut renoviert. Neue Möbel. Zwei Balkone, kein Gartenzugang. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten. PKW oder Fahrrad erforderlich.
