You are welcome to bring your golf cart, bikes and fishing rod. Minutes walk to beautiful public park and playground. Very safe and private home in a gated community.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place trash in the bins located in the garage area. Bag all trash and do not overfill bins. If your stay includes Tue or Fri nights, place trash bins at the curb near the mailbox for collection
Check-Out: Before leaving, make sure all trash is taken out to the exterior garage bins (see Check-Out Instructions).
ALL trash/toilet paper in trash bins in bathrooms/kitchen, not in toilets/sinks. Solids not in the kitchen sink. No food disposal. Septic fee $300 if toilets/sinks clog due to not following rule.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash including, but not limited to toilet paper, feminine products, paper towels, solid foods, etc should be disposed of in the toilets or sinks.
Jacuzzi heater request must be placed during regular business hours; 9am-6pm. anything outside of these hours, may or may not be viewed and/or granted
