Wohnung ebenerdig in 2. Reihe mit Teil-Seeblick von 2 Balkonen
Pros: Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Betten bequem. TV-Empfang deutscher Programme ok. Modern eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Waschmaschine möglich, wurde aber entfernt. Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig (Schere z.B.). Spiegel im kleinen Zimmer fehlt bei älteren Kindern, die mitreisen.
Cons: Sofa eher verdreckt von den offensichtlich vielen Hunden, die darauf gelegen haben.
Risse unter den Fensterbänken in den Schlafzimmern.
Kein Backofen. Ein Bett die Lehne verschlissen. Handtuchheizung im Bad über Thermosthat im Flur. Erklärung über die Funktion seitens der Dame für alles Fehlanzeige. Plätze Tiefgarage sehr eng.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Pros: Sehr gepflegte App.-Anlage, tolle Lage oberhalb des Gardasees, auch mit Hund sehr gut geeignet. Schöner Weg ins Dorfzentrum.
Cons: Kleinigkeiten sind ja immer in einer FeWo. Hier wären mehr Wassergläser (Espresso-Begleit-Wasser- sowie Sekt-, Wein u. Weizengläser sind reichlich vorhanden) schön. Nur 4 große Ikea-Gläser vorhanden (für 4 Personen zu wenig), diese sind bereits blind und abgenutzt. Obst-/Gemüseschälmesser fehlen. Handtuchstange im Bad war völlig instabil, dank mitgebrachtem Werkzeug (mittlerweile vorsorglich dabei, irgendwas ist ja immer) schnell befestigt. 1 Doppelbett (Kunstleder) auf- /eingerissen (nur optisch unschön). Auf 1 der Balkone (Monte-Baldo-Sicht) wäre Sonnenschirm nützlich, da volle Morgensonne! Vorrätiger Ersatz-Staubsaugerbeutel wäre gut, unserer war voll, Ersatz vor Ort nicht vorhanden u. nicht zu bekommen. Wischmob + Eimer wären auch gut.
Der Zahn der Zeit nagt auch an so einer modernen App. - Anlage: Putz wölbt sich u. blättert teils ab, Rost von Stahlträgern u. -pfeilern kommt durch. Wie gesagt: eher Kleinigkeiten die anfangs stören. Dennoch: klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sauberer Anlage und guter Lage
Pros: Unsere Gastgeberin (Daniela) waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und groß genug für 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind. Wir werden hier nochmals Urlaub machen.
