If so, you’re warmly invited to stay in our small, cosy holiday rental at Haus Lindenstraße 3.

• Newly renovated (2021) bright, detached apartment with its own entrance (spiral staircase), fully furnished and fully equipped
• 30 square metres of living space (living room + kitchen, bedroom, bathroom)
• Double box-spring bed (160x200) / Free internet access
• Shopping (Edeka) and restaurant (Geesthus) within walking distance (300 m)
• Various recreational activities nearby (bike and hiking trails, golf, Lithberg, natural swimming area, Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath...)
• Bus stop (50 m) / regional train station (3 km) / A1 highway access (10 km)


Unfortunately, we do not rent to construction workers. No pets allowed.

Holiday Apartment at Lindenstraße 3:

The property, with a floor area of 30 square metres, was newly built in 2020 and 2021. The open-concept living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower invite you to enjoy a cosy stay. Access to the apartment is via an exterior spiral staircase.

Upon entering the light-filled apartment, you can immediately make yourself comfortable on the sofa or take a seat in the kitchen to enjoy a refreshing drink. Glasses for this are provided in the illuminated hanging glass cabinet.

A modern flat-screen TV and a separate desk round out the living area’s furnishings.

A double ceramic cooktop is available for preparing your favourite meals just like at home. All essential kitchen utensils are provided—from an oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle to a complete set of pots, cutlery, and dishes.

Delicious breakfast rolls are available Monday through Saturday starting at 6:45 a.m. at the Edeka supermarket, located just 300 metres away. 

The double box-spring bed in the bedroom measures 160 by 200 centimetres and ensures a restful night’s sleep. Storage and hanging space are provided by a chest of drawers, a clothes rod, and a coat rack.

The bathroom features modern furnishings. In particular, the 90-by-90-centimeter glass shower stall with a rain showerhead and the natural stone sink complete the holiday atmosphere. A washing machine is available for use in the bathroom. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. 



In the broom closet, you’ll find a clothes drying rack and a small selection of essential cleaning supplies.

All windows are equipped with light and privacy screens.

Please note that the apartment is not well-suited for people with mobility impairments or small children. Pets are not allowed.





A free parking space is available directly on the property.
